Gun Bluff Tours and Activities

Staff good and friendly. It’s just located too far from the airport. That’s all

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Good variety of food choices, little hard to get dinner reservations and the speciality places, but all the food was good. Clean for a beach resort and they were good at keeping the sand outside and enforced shoes and cover ups.

All rooms even club member rooms are outdated and in poor condition. Dirty shower, chipped paint, pealing ceilings. Rooms aren't cleaned thoroughly. House keeping is a joke at this property. Our sink and counter top wasn't cleaned a single time. And we stayed for 7 days. Even after requesting our room be swept due to sand tracking in the room. It was only swept once. Customer service at this property is also poor. Some bar and wait staff employees were rude and acted like they didn't want to be there. I travel out the country three times a year. And I would never return here. Nor would I recommend this property to anyone else. I do appreciate Daniel, Keva, Jaleesa, Mercedes and the two supervisors at Viva Cafe. These employees were a nice. And gave exceptional customer service.
