No Stars — Unacceptable Room Conditions!
The toilet seat was brown and nasty-looking, the carpet had burn holes everywhere, the bed was broken and caved in, and the bedding had stains. I left without staying and was forced to find another hotel after midnight! The young lady at the front desk said she documented everything for the manager, but I received nothing in writing. This was a stressful, disappointing experience. Management needs to do better with cleanliness and maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel!

8,8/10 Excellent! (3 018 avis)
