Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.

The hotel is beautiful and is truly a cave hotel. Be prepared for rustic accommodations, however. The staff is very helpful, kind, and available 24 x 7.
