The "living room area" is pretty tight but the property doesn't get bad reviews from me for that as we didn't spend much time in front of the TV. View from balcony was very nice and peaceful. Everything was clean except for the dishes and silverware which I’m always cautious of past tenants cleaning standards anyway so I’m not sure that’s the condos fault. During our time, various friends and family join us. We prefer being by the Channel for convenience and access to both Pensacola and Mobile. 2121 Phoenix East II was a wonderful venue. Well appointed and comfortable! The view is awesome for both sunrise and sunset as well as general views of the Gulf and Bay areas. Quieter location which we appreciated. The staff there, and that of @sandsofalabama were friendly and very helpful for anything we needed. Only recommendation is that the wifi needs updating as it was inconsistent and not strong enough for the size of the condo. We will definitely be back!! ##### Julie B. Everything was great, we do not do streaming so we could not watch our football games on Saturday without having to pay for it.
