#### Fantastic stay!

The host was great at communicating for anything we needed and making sure we checked in okay! The place was fantastic, it was a small building so it wasn’t crowded or full of people, which we loved! The rooms were beautiful, the pool was great, not a far walk to the beach, and plenty of places around us to go to! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it!!

Great location, beautiful beach. Clean pool and property. However, was a bit surprised at how worn the apartment looked inside. It just looked a little rough. Broken outlet cover, bent blinds, rust around some light fixtures, dust on the popcorn ceiling. The overall apartment though was clean. It was decorated cute and had all the things we needed to cook meals and some beach gear under the bunk beds. The bunk beds were very narrow, not a standard twin size. We weren’t expecting that so we were thankful for the pull out couch that our adult sized kid slept on. The only other thing that I wish I would have known is how slow the Internet service was. Working from the condo was not possible due to this. Communication with the host was good and checkin and checkout were easy. Overall, we would stay here again as the location and the beach was so nice.

#### Great Vacation Spot for Family

We really enjoyed our stay it was awesome. The only reason it's was rated a 4 for us is the king size bed was a little uncomfortable for us as we like softer beds. If you like the harder bed then this is definitely a 5 star stay place. We had a wonderful time and would return.

Really enjoyed the condo! Only 9 floors.. so therefore the beach didn’t seem as crowded as other places we have stayed. Condo was well equipped and there was no maintenance issues. Would def recommend this condo.

#### Beautiful Beach

Condo is in a great location on a beautiful beach. The building itself is a bit dated but is well maintained. The condo overlooks the beach and ocean. The inside is also dated and the cleanliness was average. There was a musty smell that we could not get rid of, the furniture is uncomfortable and beds need to be replaced. Wi-Fi was unacceptable, could not connect more than a few devices and coverage/connection was unreliable. For reference we could not get a strong enough signal to operate a Fire Stick. All in all the property is solid but not spectacular, the beach and location is great.

Very nice place in a great location. There were only two of us, but definitely room for more. WiFi was not great, but we weren’t there to sit on the internet! Great view of the Gulf from our balcony. Would recommend.

#### October 25-29 Family Vacay

We had a great family vacation. This is a smaller condo building, but the unit is big and spacious! We loved that the parking was close. The elevator and trash chute were also close by. It has a Small 1 foot kiddie pool and adult pool & hot tub that were awesome. Porch has a great view if the sunrise and sunset and beach. Short walk to and from the beach. We had a great time.

We truly enjoyed or stay here, it was nice & very clean. The condo was perfect for 2 couples. The short walk to the beach was perfect, especially for my handicap brother. The balcony was amazing for morning sunrises & evening sunsets. We had a fantastic time, definitely will return.

#### Perfect Vacation!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! 10/10 would stay here again! The place was roomy and very clean. It was so convenient to everything. I actually loved that this is a smaller building. We didn't have a million people on the beach right in front of our condo this way and the pool was never crowded. Will book again!!!

#### Best vacation ever

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our first family beach vacation. We loved the condo. The location was perfect. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The view was spectacular. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. The fact that the building was smaller was perfect. We didn’t have to fight for a place on the beach, we enjoyed the pool, and we loved getting to know our neighbors. We can’t wait to come again. The condo was furnished perfectly. The decor was adorable. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean. We also appreciate the brand new air conditioner that was installed the day we arrived.

#### The perfect place to kick back and relax after a day on the beach and golf course!!

This is absolutely the best two bedroom condo that our family has ever stayed in at Orange Beach or anywhere else in Florida!! Very affordable rates makes it easy on the wallet too!! Beds are comfortable and the rooms are plenty large!! The living and kitchen area is open but very cozy!! Furniture is comfortable and walls are decorated with beautiful ocean art!! There’s plentiful kitchen utensils and washer/dryer is another big plus!! Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella!! Easy access to pool and beach!! Literally one minute from our room!! We don’t ever want to leave this gorgeous place!! We will definitely return here next time we visit Alabama!!
