Discover this charming flat with a large private terrace and sea views, communal swimming pool and just a few steps from the ocean in Puertito de Güímar, strategically located between the south and the capital of Tenerife. Bright, carefully decorated and with capacity for 4 people, it combines comfort and tranquillity, making it perfect for families, friends or business trips. Surrounded by natural beaches, it has everything you need for an unforgettable stay on the island of Tenerife.  
  
This spacious property is ideal for families, friends or business trips. It has a communal swimming pool and a large private terrace, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying an outdoor lunch in an unbeatable climate. With capacity for 4 people, it has two bedrooms: the master bedroom, with a queen size bed, wardrobe and direct access to the terrace; and the second bedroom, with two single beds. The bathroom is functional and equipped with shower and bidet. The kitchen, independent and modern in design, is fully equipped. The main area offers a large open space with dining area and a cosy living room with chaise longue sofa and TV. From here there is access to the large terrace with sea views, furnished with table, chairs and comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings and the excellent climate.  
  
Located in a privileged environment, with a communal swimming pool and all the necessary services around, this accommodation offers the perfect combination of comfort and tranquillity.  
  
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, oven, microwave, juicer, blender, washing machine, iron, towels, sheets, cot, high chair and much more.  
  
The winter opening hours of the community pool are from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and the summer opening hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.  
  
Construction work is currently being carried out in the vicinity of the accommodation, so some noise may be heard during working hours.
