Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms, a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for everyday life. Whether you’re cooking dinner, working from home, travelling with the children or staying for a few months, it’s set up to be an easy and practical home-from-home. There’s also free parking, so the car gets a home too.



This is a home, not a show home. It has been loved and lived in, which means you may spot the odd scuff, mark or little imperfection here and there. Nobody has been guarding the walls with velvet ropes! What you will find is a comfortable, welcoming and fully equipped house with everything you need to settle in and make yourself at home.



Guildford town centre is within easy reach when you fancy shops, restaurants, cafés or a wander along the River Wey, while being slightly outside the centre puts you in a great position for exploring the Surrey countryside too. Once your reservation is confirmed, Smarter Rent will ask for a copy of your ID and for you to sign our House Rules. Then it’s simply a case of unpacking, putting the kettle on and settling in.

For a touch of local history, both the beautiful Loseley Park estate and the iconic Guildford Castle are easily accessible from our location. If you need to stock up on essentials, you can reach both Aldi and Sainsburys in approximately seven minutes by car.

There are also numerous bus routes available in the immediate vicinity, making it simple to explore the local area or commute further afield.
