My room was not ready so we went out for a few hours and were able to check in early. Nice court yards with lots of plants. Room did not have a fan, (windows open to the court yards) so it was a stuffy. Carpet in the room needs to be cleaned or replaced. Some staff knows English; that is a big plus for me; I do not speak Spanish. Parking garage is excellent. No problem with checking out at 5:00 a.m.; the attendant was notified and made available to open the door. My single room was large and comfortable, with private bathroom and hot shower. Two courtyards have an abundance of plants, just like the photos. I have another reservation made, for a 2nd visit. I really liked the hotel. I rent a car at La Aurora Airport, and drive to the hotel.
