  • Great apartment with 3 bedrooms, 1 suite with LCD TV and 2 more bathrooms both with shower stall and showers, living room with LCD TV, dining room, full kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, and all kitchen utensils , laundry area with washing machine, and shower. Air conditioning in every room. 1 parking garage. Automatic gate . Great location. At 300 meters from the beach Enseada, next to the Supermarket Sugar Loaf, restaurants, pharmacies, bakery.

Quando chegamos ficamos impressionados com a limpeza e organização. Fomos com crianças pequenas e como o AP fica no térreo foi perfeito! Ambiente espacoso e bem arejado. O atendimento da proprietária foi excelente e o sr Miro síndico é um homem iluminado, nos deu toda atenção que precisávamos. Voltarei mais vezes.

Apartamento bem localizado e confortável. Possui 3 banheiros bem feitos e reformados (e isso é ótimo). Proprietária muito atenciosa e responde rápido. Zelador muito atencioso e gente fina. Tivemos um problema com ares condicionados que estavam bem sujos (Fomos em 10 pessoas e 5 pessoas na turma tem rinite e 1 delas tinha feito uma cirurgia do nariz no mês anterior, por isso nos preocupamos). Mas o problema foi resolvido. Recomendo o imóvel! Pretendo alugá-lo novamente em outra oportunidade.
