The 250 sqm. large detached house over 2 floors is surrounded by a well-kept piece of green space of about 3000 square meters. The ground floor leads through a large entrance that leads to a cozy living room with a large fireplace, overlooking a bright veranda with glazing. In the living room there is also a large dining area, couch / armchair and wifi. You also reach a study room and a large corridor that can be used as a play area. There is a newly furnished, well-equipped kitchen with a stove, large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a bright, cozy dining room with 2 windows and a glass door that leads directly into the garden for BBQ. The sleeping area, which is connected by a wooden staircase from the living room on the first floor, consists of three large double bedrooms and two new bathrooms with shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. Typical Tuscan antiques were cleverly combined with tasteful modern furniture. A house to feel good and large families will find space to play and have fun, and there is enough space to relax. Central heating is available in the house so that it can also be used in the off-season. Parking space is on the fenced property. Next to the house there is also a brick grill and an outside seating area to enjoy the mild evenings in summer. There are also garden loungers. Das Haus selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen: sauber, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, liebevoll dekoriert und es gab (insbesondere für die Kinder) bis zum letzten Tag etwas Neues zu entdecken.Lediglich eine Klimaanlage hätten wir uns manchmal gewünscht, dann wären wir vermutlich nicht so sehr von den Mücken gefressen worden... aber auch ohne ließ es sich gut aushalten.Die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt, mit Olivenhain, seltenen Vögeln... traumhaft! Zudem war man von großen Bäumen umsäumt, sodass man stets das Gefühl hatte, ganz allein und abgeschieden zu sein, und dass, obwohl das hübsche Dörfchen Guardistallo fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen war.Alles, was man in einem Italienurlaub so braucht, war gut zu erreichen. Strand (Cecina und Umgebung; wir persönlich fanden den Strand Pietrabianca in Vada super, weil flach, sauber, sandig und nicht überlaufen), hübsche Städtchen wie Montescudaio oder Volterra, Pinienwälder, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Cecina) und natürlich tolle Restaurants egal wo man hinging. :)Wir sind rundum zufrieden und sehr dankbar, dieses schöne Ziel ausgewählt zu haben. ##### Lisa J. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr groß. Das Haus ist sehr liebvoll eingerichtetet, allerdings fehlen Ablageflächen, da sehr viel "Krimskram" herumsteht. Der Reinigungszustand des Hauses war in Ordnung, nur die Küche war nicht sauber und wir müsste erst einmal putzen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig, allerdings nicht in allen Bereichen oder Uhrzeiten nutzbar, da einen entweder die Unmengen an Ameisen belästigen bzw. ab ca. 18.00 Uhr die Mücken in Scharen über einen herfallen. Die Außenanlagen, so wie das Haus auch, sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und es müsste einiges renoviert bzw. instand gesetzt werden. ##### Jörg H.
