  • Cottage Gaia is a beautiful cottage on a typical Tuscan hill, from where you can enjoy a beautiful visit of the countryside of the village of Guardistallo and above all of the sea and its unforgettable sunsets.

    All around the house there is a large garden, completely fenced ideal for people with dogs.

    From here you can walk to the village of Guardistallo, which is only 1 km away, with its restaurants and wine bars to taste the specialties of typical local cuisine, even the beach is only 15 minutes by car.

    We are in the heart of Tuscany and the beautiful cities of art are not far away, every day you can organize a trip to Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa or visit the fantastic Gulf of Baratti, with the historic center Populonia.

    The climate is excellent, sunny but always with a little breeze, never too hot.

    So don\'t wait, book as soon as possible and enjoy life.

    To be paid on the spot upon arrival Tourist tax 1.00 per person per day over 14 years for a maximum of 10 days from 1 March to 31 October.

ein italienischer Sommer

Schönes Ferienhaus mitten in einem Olivengarten, alles wie in der Beschreibung, sehr guter Kontakt zu Paola, unserer Betreuung vor Ort, mit vielen Tips von Ihr zur Umgebung, der schöne Strand war auch gut zu erreichen, wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder hierhin zu kommen.

Sommerurlaub in der Toskana

Es war eine schöne Zeit abseits vom Massentourismus in der schönen Natur den Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen. Das Häuschen liegt schön eingebettet in Olivenhaine. Man kann den Urlaub in idyllischer Ruhe genießen und ist doch nicht weit entfernt vom Strand und dem Zentrum des Geschehens. Die Ferienwohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und es wurde an alles gedacht. Die Kommunikation mit Paola (der Betreuerin) hat super funktioniert. danke dafür!!! Verbesserungswürdig ist die Sauberkeit und für die Sommermonate eine Klimaanlage wäre ganz nett. Gern kommen wir wieder. :-)

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Meine Frau und ich hatten einen super Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlichen Haus von Paola. Es war alles da, was man benötigte. Die Lage auf dem Berg bei Cecina mit einem grandiosen Ausblick war absolut beeindruckend. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich auf dem großen Grundstück pudel wohl. Paola ist eine super Gastgeberin mit jeder Menge toller Tipps mit Dingen in der Nähe.

Eigentlich schönes Ferienhäuschen

Das Häuschen liegt schön auf den Hügeln mit Blick zum Meer. Es fehlte eigentlich an nichts. Gute Betten, Küche okay, tolle Terrasse, sehr ruhig und doch alles gut erreichbar. Nur der Zustand der kleinen Dusche war furchtbar. Sie hat starken Schimmelbelag gehabt. Außerdem war das Bad nicht sauber als wir ankamen. Das Waschbecken und die Seifendose waren schmutzig vom Vormieter. Das Bad ist allgemein sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Am letzten Tag versagte dann auch noch die Toillettenspülung. Wäre das Bad nicht gewesen, würden wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

So ein schöner Ort mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick!

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Am Anfang hatten wir Pech, weil erst der Strom und dann der Boiler ausfiel, aber es wurde umgehend ein neuer Boiler eingebaut, der tadellos funktionierte. Das Haus, mit dem Olivenhain als Garten und dem zauberhaften Ausblick bis zum Meer, hatte für uns einen hohen Erholungswert! Im Haus war es abends schon ziemlich kühl, aber das Kaminfeuer hat uns gewärmt und alles noch gemütlicher gemacht. Für den Hund war der Urlaub ein Fest... den ganzen Tag ist er durch "seinen" Olivenhain stolziert. Es war einfach schön. Guardistallo, das nahe Dorf ist urig und die Ausflüge nach Pisa, Baratti und Tomboli waren ebenfalls sehr schön! Danke Paola, das du uns so gut hier her geleitet hast! Vielen Dank an die Besitzer und wir hoffen, bald wieder kommen zu können! Uwe, Pauline, Katrin & Mellow

Wundeschöne Lage mit tägl Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer. Romantische Anlage mit vielen, sehr alten Olivenbäume,und Weitblick. Abends gibt es Besuch von einer Famiele von Geckos ansonsten ist es dort sehr ruhig und entspannend. Das Cassetta ist sehr gepflegt und enthällt alles da was benötigt wird. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Posizione, tranquillità, spazio verde che circonda la casa. Ideale per famiglie con cane al seguito. La bellezza della campagna vicino al mare... Le due camere hanno entrambe il letto matrimonilae. Avrei preferito in una delle camere due letti singoli.

Una location da favola

La casa era incantevole, accessoriata di tutto e con una splendida vista mare, ideale per chi è alla ricerca della tranquillità ma a poca distanza dal centro di Guardistallo e Montescudaio e a 10 minuti di auto da Cecina. il mare dista solo dieci km. Ideale anche per chi possiede cani, il giardino è enorme e ben recintato a prova di fuga!!! Ci ritorneremo!

Guardistallo Casetta Gaia

Noi siamo in quattro più un cane di media taglia e cercavamo qualcosa non troppo lontano dal mare e in un posto tranquillo. Casetta Gaia ha risposto egregiamente alle nostre aspettative. E´ in una posizione eccezionale, con un ampio giardino recintato in cui il cane può correre liberamente. La veranda è ideale per fare colazione, pranzare e cenare godendo della natura circostante e tutto lo spazio esterno è ampiamente fruibile (c´è anche il barbecue). Il massimo per un completo relax, Consigliatissima. Un grazie alla signora Paola per l´ampia disponibilità e cortesia.

Urlaub in Guardistallo Casetta Gaia

Die sehr ruhige Lage Der große Garten Die Ausstattung der Küche Der freundliche Service durch Paola Toll für Urlaub mit Hund(en) Den Zaun reparieren - es standen immer wieder fremde Hunde im Garten, was unsere Hunde weniger gut fanden. Deutsche Fernsehprogramme gibt es nicht. Wir brauchen zwar im Urlaub nicht unbedingt einen Fernseher, aber ab und an mal Nachrichten schauen zu können wäre schön.

Nettes einfaches Haus mit schönem Blick und kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Die Lage des sehr einfach ausgestatteten Häuschens ist sehr schön und man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Hervorzuheben sind auch die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Gefallen hat uns auch die überdachte Terrasse, der Wintergarten und der zweite (Getränke-)Kühlschrank darin. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und deshalb für Hunde sehr gut geeignet.
