All the other staffs are much better attitude. It seems like she has no clue of our reservation, so they didn't even had a room reserved for us not to mention the right kind of room that we asked for. The hotel did not provide breakfast meal as in the deal. Staff do not speak English. 60 minutes to get 2 boxes delivered to the room while waiting for the receptionist to ask the boy to carry them. They easily forget to provide you with towels. The front desk staff was not so sure and have to search for my booking even showing the printed hotel vocher.My hotel booking include breakfast but there was no breakfast,hope Hotel.com can clarify the matter. Hard to find, the name of the hotel is in Russian. It is reasonably priced but on a back street next to 100's of vendors selling wares on the street. The staff were unfriendly and did not appear to be competent and I am fairly certain I got over charged when they refused to supply me with a receipt for the reversal of my security deposit.
