The front desk told me the smoke-free floor was fully booked, but she still tried to help me find a replacement. I was sent to another floor where the room service staff helped me pick a room I'm okay with. The staff was easygoing and helpful. The breakfast buffet may not be fancy but it sure satisfies a Cantonese girl's heart. Loved the sticky rice xiao mai so much, and the soy milk was lovely. Don't recommend it. Very smoky hotel. They only have one floor non-smoking the rest of the hotel is smells like a chimney. Non of the staff speaks English, except one person. When she is not working the whole reception staff is lost. AC in units is very loud, mattress is very hard, dry cleaning service is bad. Breakfast is included, but 99% of the menu is Chinese food, so if you are looking for a bit western food, good luck.
