"Hotel was very clean, rooms are nice and spacious, staff was extremely friendly. the garden in the hotel was minddd blowing and the koi fish were amazing! you could also feed them after having the amazing breakfast. "

"I booked one week at the New World Hotel based on the information on the Expedia website. The New World advertisement says they have a restaurant, laundry service, breakfast available, free Wi-Fi and free parking. In fact when I arrived none of these were available. Holy Moly! Here is the good and bad. Here is the short list of good: The hotel is near a vibrant street for foodies; you can get a taxi nearby anytime with a wave of a hand; the rooms are moderately sized and relatively quiet; the bedding in my room was adequate. Now the not so good: The hotel is old; needs better maintenance; the rooms need deep cleaning; front desk staff is indifferent; no food or coffee; no working Wi-Fi; on a street with an elevated freeway above. If you are looking for a hotel on a tight budget and can overlook a lot of stuff, this hotel will be great for you."
