Breakfast was not as expected from this category hotel Not much variety Poor display Not good quality juice or coffee Scrambled egg quality need improvement They offered Indian Prathas which were not freshly cooked Looks like they just bought in packets and served heated

The check in staff were extremely helpful and kind. The property is wonderfully located near the tram up to Harder Kulm, and the views of the surrounding river and mountains are a treat. I opted to include breakfast in our stay and it was well worth it; an array of options and the food was delicious. The property has a concierge who helped me plan my day with information on how to get to sites, and the opportunity to purchase my train tickets on site. I have nothing but great things to say about all those with whom I interacted, the comfort of the room, and the lovely locale. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hapimag staff!

very convenient location and nice apartment. good for family with multiple kids. will love to come again

The main hotel building is beautiful and well maintained, creating a great first impression. However, the separate apartment buildings where our room was located felt much smaller and did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent—the highlight of the experience.
