The private terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals or an evening aperitif. A cozy corner with a small sofa offers a relaxing space immersed in the quiet of the pine forest.

The interiors of the apartment are bright and well organized, featuring a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, chairs, a sofa bed and a TV, creating a practical and welcoming atmosphere. The two double bedrooms offer comfortable spaces: one has its own en‑suite bathroom, while the other includes a large walk‑in wardrobe. A second bathroom with shower and a convenient utility corner with washing machine complete the apartment.

The sandy beaches of Marina di Grosseto, the seaside of Tuscany, are easily reachable on foot. Ideal for swimming, sunbathing or long walks along the coast. The pine forest provides shade and tranquility, while the town center and seafront offer beach clubs, restaurants, bars and activities for the whole family.
