"Top of the line stunning hotel! Pool overlooks the Matterhorn. Get on of the balconies rooms 104-107. Will go back!"

"A very basic room - only one usable outlet in the room (the other was in the door way, so too high and awkward to use for long) and one in the bathroom. The wardrobe took up a lot of space, so we opened our suitcases one by one and put them away. Small is fine, and awkward outlets are fine, but for Zermatt prices, it was disappointing. Not sure if there are better places at that price (one of the lower prices in town), but Zermatt is great, so maybe worth spending a bit more. On the other hand, the hotel is right across from the train station, so VERY convenient."

"Everything was great, Bcz of the lower temp, they don’t have air conditioning but they provided us with fans. Even if we were early, we got our room ready in 10 to 15 mins, staff were very polite and helpful. Food was great. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to family and friends."

"A few seconds walk from Zermatt train station. We stayed in the Stars Suite for two nights. I cannot think of one negative thing that anyone could say about this hotel, the spa or the staff. The welcome was so wonderful, the apartment was top drawer, the spa (day 5 and day 7 were my favourites) is an experience to really indulge in. The view of the Matterhorn…!! Breakfast is even better than you can imagine. Then on your doorstep are many many fabulous bars, restaurants, boutique shops and stores. No cars, no trucks only yodelling electric tuk tuks! Absolute bliss."
