The property is a new construction and was completed as recently as August 2021. The first floor features a combined dining and living room with a spacious kitchen and cooking island. You can relax on the couch and enjoy the large flat-screen TV.<br>Adjacent to this is the spacious terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on the first floor. In the utility room, you’ll find a chest freezer and a washing machine. For the little ones, a high chair and a portable changing table—including a baby bathtub—are provided.
