Comfortable apartment for a maximum of 4 people. In addition to a generously combined living / dining area, a modern fitted kitchen including Dishwasher and microwave as well as a spacious bathroom.  
  
The apartment has two separate bedrooms. A flat screen TV (32 inches) is installed in the living room. An internet flat rate is activated (please bring your own computer). Starting from the living room there is a balcony facing south / west.  
  
A parking space for your car is right in front of the house. Non smoking apartment, no pets. The apartment was renovated in 2015.

Die gebuchte Wohnung hatte ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistung Verhältnis und liegt einen Steinwurf vom Zoo entfernt. Sehr schöne Dachgeschoss Wohnung mit einem schönen Erker im Wohnraum. Das 2.Schlafzimmer und das Bad haben Schrägen die etwas stören. Leider war es vor allem im Bad schwer die Wohnu g warm zu bekommen, was wir in Wintermonaten eher ungüstig ansehen.d hnzwaaSstörenstöreninsgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr gut. Leider

#### Kann man machen

Wohnung ist schön geschnitten, 2 Schlafzimmer, ein großer Aufentaltsraum mit Küche, Essbereich und Sofa. Die Wohnung war sauber, aber nicht so sauber wie man es aus anderen Unterkünften kennt. Man darf nicht in jede Ecke gucken... Bis zum Meer/Promenade läuft man ca 18 Min und zu den ersten Restaurants ca. 10 Minuten.

#### Schöne Ferienwohnung für Familie mit Kindern

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Der Wohnbereich mit dem Essplatz im kleinen „Wintergarten“ ist lichtdurchflutet und gemütlich. Toll waren auch die Spiele und Bücher vor Ort. Von der Lage her nicht in Strandnähe, aber sehr ruhig und schön gelegen - fast in Nachbarschaft zum Zoo. Für den Herbsturlaub perfekt. Einziges kleines Manko: die Wohnung war bei Einzug sehr kalt. Dies hat sich dann aber im Laufe des 1. Tages mit voll aufgedrehten Heizungen erledigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder:-)

#### Schöne gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Nett eingerichtetes Apartment in ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung war gut und zweckmäßig- uns fehlte nichts. Dank der guten Betten und ruhigen Lage war der Schlaf tief, lang und sehr erholsam. Genossen haben wir das Frühstück im sonnendurchfluteten Erker. Trotz Frostgrade war es selbst bei nicht voll aufgedrehter Heizung sehr warm und gemütlich. Es hat uns alles gut gefallen. Auch das Wetter spielte mit, so dass der Balkon mit für kurze Zeit genutzt werden konnte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

#### Sehr schöne und tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir können nur sagen, die Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum!! Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt sogar noch mehr :). Die Lage zum Strand und zum Zoo ist einfach ideal. Auch für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch!!!

#### super toll eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir haben die Wohnung kurzfristig gemietet und waren total begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Erker ist der Hammer. Dort kann das Frühstück dann auch schon mal zwei Stunden dauern. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
