Guests are welcome to stroll around the lakes, relax and enjoy their stay. Designed to offer a relaxing break away from the daily grind and are perfect for those seeking to explore the delights of the many attractions of the surrounding local area. Windy Ridge cottages is an adults only (strictly no kids) and offers a pleasant setting for a peaceful break. Well behaved dogs are welcome, we do charge £25 pet cleaning fee, if you wish to bring a 2nd dog this will need to be approved prior to booking and will incur an additional £10 charge. Barbara and Luke are so friendly and accommodating, they couldn’t do more for us. The accommodation was spotless and unlike other places we have stayed, no expense has been spared on the furnishings- it was very comfortable and all the essentials were provided. My husband fished everyday and the lake is beautiful and well cared for. I was even allowed to have a go in the boat which was a bonus! The location is perfect- close to amenities but equally peaceful and out of the way. Thanks to Barbara and Luke for their excellent hospitality. We’re sure to be back.
