Sometimes things break and we are unable to have things repaired or replaced in time for the next guest. No refunds or discounts will be given for one or more items not being functional. This includes appliances, grill, electronics, pool equipment. \- We are located in a beautiful wooded surrounding and in the South. Yes, there are bugs. We have regular pest control service in place, and our cleaners pay special attention to areas that might attract bugs. My brother, sister and I with our 5 kids (20-30). We could sit around a large table to laugh and tell stories. It was beautiful enough to go outside and play pickle ball or disc golf. Too cold for the pool. If you have young kids, plenty of space to run outside. Inside spacious bedrooms. Not far from Simpsonville, Greer or downtown Greenville. Instead of a hotel for family visiting, rent this house!!! Sadly our reason to come to Greenville passed but if I could, I would definitely come here again. ##### Cary K.
