Sanitized! Spacious Ranch Close To Gsp Airport, Greenville, Greer set on acres.

  • Beautiful 3 bedroom (king, queen, full), 2 bath home located on 1.5 acres. Located 5 minutes from GSP Airport and 10 min to beautiful downtown Greenville and Falls Park. Also 2 minutes from Woodruff Rd, where you will find tons of restaurants and shopping plazas. Kitchen is fully equipped and property has a BBQ Grill outside. The master suite is upstairs with it's own bathroom and extra large soaking tub. There is also a large loft area outside the master, perfect for some quite office work or a game area for the kids. Out the back door of the house is a fenced area that is secure and makes a safe place for pets.

    On occasion we are able to accommodate an early check in or late check out. This must be arranged with the owner in advance of your stay and a small additional fee may apply.

    We have a 2 night minimum stay.

    No parties allowed. The outside of the property is monitored by video surveillance.

Quiet Stay with tons of room!

Our hosts were very responsive when we couldn’t get the TV to work. The place was lovely and our kids loved the swing in the front yard.

Home away from home

This property met most of our needs for the entire 6 day stay; gathering space and individual spaces for solitude. Beds were super comfy, kitchen was easy to navigate, laundry was a bonus!

Quick family visit

We stayed here for a quick 2-night family visit. When we arrived, we found the house to be very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to local restaurants and shopping. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again the next time we’re in Greenville.

Relaxing Stay

We've stayed here before and enjoyed our stay. This time we arrived to new blinds on the windows. After a hectic day of running around it was so nice to come back to the house and relax. We enjoyed walking with our dog out in the front yard and I enjoyed the tree swing. We will definitely be going back. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Amazing stay!

Property managers were quick to resolve a slight check-in issue we had and accommodate us with an extra night. The property itself was perfect with plenty of space and just minutes from restaurants and things to do. Also everything was super clean! Would absolutely stay here again

Great space

We stayed here to offroad at Gulches OHV park for the weekend. Plenty of room to park a trailer and truck, or multiple vehicles. It was a comfortable space and the house is very useful. It's almost like being home. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful Home in Greenville, SC

The property was great for our needs as we prepared for our daughter’s wedding. Plenty of sleeping areas, open floor plan, well-furnished, and good kitchen facilities. The front porch and back patio were great areas to relax in. Plenty of parking. It’s in a great location close to major roads, restaurants, and shopping.

Nice and spacious

The house sits on a nice size of property. It was great to walk out dog in the woods in back up to the unused basebAll diamond. The only strange thing is that there are no shades/blinds in any of the windows in the family room or kitchen. Nice house and we would stay again.
