The property is clean and well maintained even though it is under renovation. It was still clean and the staff is phenomenal. They are very attentive and welcoming. Breakfast and the coffee are so good! My stay was great and I will be returning!

It’s always clean, they’re always helpful, and courteous. Only wish we could have checked in at least one hour before. It would be great if the rooms had garbage cans. It’s the only place we stay.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. Renovations were underway, so it made some things a little uncomfortable, but overall, this is a good place to stay.

The hotel is going through renovations but the bath tub in our room and our friend’s room next door was unclean. The tub didn’t drain well. We went to Walmart for cleaning material for the bath tub. Our mirror in the bedroom had streaks as if it was not clean before our stay. The tv did not work, neither did the switch for the curtain draw in the room so we were unable to open the blinds or watch tv during our stay.

The hotel is being renovated, so it’s really not a good time to stay there. Door keys did not work the weekend of my stay. The entire system was down, and staff had to physically walk guest to and from our rooms. Inside of the actual room was very nice and clean in the staff was friendly and helpful. The outside of the property looks terrible with construction all around hopefully it will return to its former standard soon.

The hotel was under renovation. However, that was no excuse for a huge water bug in the room and a dead one right outside the door. The bathtub was not clean, neither was the bathroom floor. There was a new roll of toilet paper with what appeared to be mold on it. If all the other hotels had not been full, we would have left.

The room was not clean. The bathroom wasn’t clean. It appears the floor hadn’t been vacuumed or swept. Due to lobby renovations there was no hot breakfast.

The staff made the experience great overall — everyone from the front desk staff to the maintenance guys. The hotel was definitely in a transitional state, though. The first room they put us in literally had wet carpet from a leaking AC. The room we finally got into was okay, but the toilet leaked onto the floor the whole trip, and we needed to get staff to let us into the rooms because they couldn’t make us a key (the machine was broken). Overall, I would say that the rooms were way too expensive for the experience that we had.

Overpriced for a hotel that is under renovations. It was not noted that they were under renovations during booking which would’ve been nice to know. We couldn’t use the gym because it was off limits and we didn’t use the pool because it was a bit on the green side. The rooms were clean and the AC was already on when we got there which was nice. I’m sure it’ll be a beautiful renovation but you need to lower that price.
