Greentrunks Garden Centre Tours and Activities

When I checked in at Mecure Birmingham West hotel, it was a friendly and professional reception from staff on front desk. My room was freshly cleaned and well presented with all amenities in place. I enjoyed using the spa and relaxing which was the main aim of my stay as well as having a lovely dinner in the restaurant that evening all in all a nice staycation in West Brom. I eill definetly visit again thanks for the warm hospitality.

I arrived at night tired and the reception desk was empty I walked into the restaurant to ask for help. The waiter guy was very helpful. He took me back to reception and informed the receptionist who was busy on another call. I waited another 5 mins. Everything else was very nice. The shower, the hot chocolate, the bed . .. . everything was really nice.
