Grand View-on-Hudson Vacation Packages

Is a clean Hotel, the food is good and the staff has good communication with the guest.

We will not stay here any longer.....the whole place needs to be updated ( inside & outside) PLUS to make SURE that when we come back to the hotel after a busy & enjoyable day...that there are TOWELS available .....we came back with no towels...nothing.... the girl on the front desk was supposed to bring them to us (She said she would) well that never happened...my husband had to go downstairs to pick up them... ALSO the cleaning people left their plastic cups with whatever was in it -on the bathroom counter.....no refilling of the products to shower .....AC was sooo looud that we had to shut it off......this place is nasty....there are tons of other hotels to stay at that are so beautiful & CHEAPER!!!!

Nice facilities. Not enough outlets

It looks good from the outside, but it's old inside. It is a very aged property, but the service was good.

Dining options at hotel was very nice though room was not cleaned thoroughly. I had bacon bits and bits of pancake on the floor with some trash items under the tv stand. My tv was not working when I called the front desk for assistance. I waited over 3+hours and had to cancel the help because I had to sleep for early travel day. Ultimately everyone was nice and I stayed for one night
