We stayed in a apartment style room with 2 separate rooms that was pretty cool! The bedding was clean but the rooms themselves where not. One room had chip crumbs on the floor, a sock and a cookie sheet in the closet and stickers on all the doors and pictures. The 2nd room had what looked like like fecal matter on the bathroom wall. YIKES! The dish washer had dirty dishes in it, and the cubbords. The hidaway had a dirty sheet on it when it was pulled out. The kitchen table and the chairs had black sticky stuff smeared on it, and we were not comfortable to sit at it. The only negative issues with this property had to do with the fact that the business is closed. We arrived at the address, but there were no Homewood Suites signs, the place was totally dark (no lights on), and the doors were locked. We knocked on the outer door and women answered. She asked if we had a reservation, which we did. She advised us that the facility was closed and had been bought out and was merging with the hotel next door and that construction for renovation was about to begin. Other than that, they were honoring existing reservations, but no allowing any walk-ins. Oh...and no breakfast. All other amenities were open, such as the pool and weight room, but that was all.
