« L'hôtel était très sympathique et le service était bien.

« Pros: stunning sunrise view over Lake Superior, premium location of lake view rooms; Everything is within perfect walking distance just out the door!; full kitchen and comfortable living room furniture and patio seating. Cons: Expedia was very expensive, pricing might have been better direct booking; very hard bed- sunrise thru the windows made up for it, but for pricing I expected much more comfortable bed!; no private pw for internet opening up big risk to people staying there. « Biggest drawback was the price - at least 40% higher than it should be, if not more. Very disappointed in what we experienced for what we paid. The “vision” of the the place and the intent is higher than the execution. Maybe if was better whenever it first opened.
The online photos are way more appealing and attractive than the actual unit. The decor — quaint and rustic - it’s fine. There was a huge (definitely not needed) portable A/C unit right inside the door, along with a portable oil...
