Had a nice stay and great location. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but for spending over $600 for a single night, I expected better. Struggled to check in as there was a market in front of the hotel blocking and creating confusion where to go with check in. The air conditioning was so loud and ineffective that the room was muggy and hot. We could also hear everything outside, including the family next door, all night long as none of the room doors shut properly. I barely slept for an hour. Not a good experience

Hotel Jackson was ideally located in the center of Jackson, easy walking to restaurants and sites. Lux appointments throughout the property and staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities (gym, spa) were very nice as well - highly recommend if you're looking for a 5 star in downtown area.
