Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

I was very disappointed because the villa I received was not the one I had reserved. This was extremely frustrating. The villa assigned to me was a two-story unit with no bathroom on the ground floor. I was traveling with my elderly parents, who were unable to use the stairs, making the villa completely unsuitable for our needs. The listing and reservation details never indicated that the villa was a two-story unit. There were no photos or information showing that the accommodation had stairs, so I had no way of knowing I was booking a two-level villa. I spoke with the hotel staff, but they told me they could not help because that was the only villa available. They also said that no guests would be checking in or out during the entire weekend, so they would not be able to move us to a different villa, not even the following day. Overall, this experience was very disappointing because the accommodation did not match what was advertised, and no effort was made to provide a reasonable solution.
