THE STUDIO
It is located in a building feet in the water at the beginning of the beach of grand case. The village center is 10 minutes walk which guarantees peace and tranquility. the only sound you will hear is that of the waves wash up on the beach.
Completely renovated in 2015, the studio is fully equipped with every comfort .Air conditioning, WiFi, TV American and French channels, kitchen, washing machine, bathroom.
A queen size bed 180x200 which you will see the sea.
THE STUDIO
Located in an apartment block right on the beach at the Beginning of the Grand Case Beach. The quiet and typical town is only 10 minutes walk away and the only sound you hear is the one Will of the waves.
Fully renovated in 2015 the studio is perfectly equipped of all the comfort needed; AC, WiFi, TV (french and american channels), kitchen, washing machine and bathroom as well as a queen size bed (60in x 80in) from Where You Will Have a sea view.
SERVICES INCLUDED
Wifi, safe, bed linen, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, masks fins. car park. When you leave you will have nothing to do the cleaning lady takes care of everything.

Super séjour!!!

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans l'appartement idéalement placé "les pieds dans l'eau". L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description faite dans l'annonce. Le propriétaire n'était pas là pour nous accueillir mais ils nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour faciliter notre arrivée et nous avons été accueillis par une personne charmante et très disponible. Un séjour au top dans un appartement proche des commerces et surtout de la plage. Idéal pour des vacances reposantes avec en prime le bruit des vagues pour vous réveiller le matin où vous endormir le soir :) Sans aucun doute, nous recommandons cet appartement à tous ceux qui veulent passer des vacances à Grand Case.

My stay was good except the check in part was a bit stressful since I want able to get in touch with the concierge when we arrived and I had to find someone to let us in the building and finally the person got there but still had to wait for him to finish cleaning the apartment

Grand Case beach studio

Great location, short walk to restaurants. Parking in front of building. Everything as pictured, appliances all worked. There is no "dryer" but they have a clothes drying rack. Steps from the beach and you can hear the waves at night. Host Charles was very helpful. Would recommend.

I felt like the studio could have been cleaner. There was no snorkel equipment as listed on VRBO website. But the owner was available, very helpful, and assured me he would address the issue. Thank you Bruno for all of your help.

Best beach spot in Grande Case!

This apartment was perfect for the two of us. The beach was just steps away, not to mention it was beautiful and quiet. You can easily walk to all of the best restaurants in town, and the other beaches and towns are just a quick 10 minute drive away. We will absolutely stay here every time we come back to St. Martin. It was easy to meet up with the host and learn all of the "ins and outs" of the apartment. They left great recommendations and were always easy to reach. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything We Expected

Great location is the most important aspect of this studio. Close enough to downtown Grand Case to walk (either by street or beach), and just far enough away to have a small patch of private beach. The owner is easy-going and friendly. He made sure we were comfortable with the studio and answered all our questions about Grand Case and St. Martin. We enjoyed the variety of local eateries, from fancy to casual. This area of the island is perfect if you want a less touristy experience.

Perfect apartment for a couple on perfect location/beach

This is a perfect little apartment for 2 persons, right on one of the most beautiful beach on the island. Everything you need is there, from the huge kitchen to the cute bathroom, even a set of chairs for the beach, and most important thing of all: you cannot beat the view! It was really clean, smelled so good in the bedroom (what was the brand of the laundry detergent used?) and Beatrice is very sweet and welcoming. And we love the Contemporary decoration and the choice of material and colors palette. It's on the quiet part of the beach, just far enough from the town center to avoid the noise and the traffic, but still just 5 minutes by feet from all animation and all the restaurants in town/on the beach. Absolutely amazing stay. We highly recommend.
