Recently renovated and professionally designed, our space is perfect for families, friends, traveling teams, or anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable place to stay. The home features three spacious bedrooms and a fully renovated kitchen. The open-plan living and dining areas are perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Guests with pets and small kids will love our fully fenced in yard. Our warm and gorgeously decorated home features three spacious bedrooms - 1) king bed, 2) king bed, and 3) twin bed. Step outside and you'll find a stunning deck front porch with swing and dining area. There's also a huge back yard, perfect for guests with pets or small kids. The entire house is yours. We pride ourselves on offering a warm and welcoming experience to all of our guests. Our goal is to make sure you have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us. If there's anything you need during your stay, just let us know and we'll be more than happy to assist. Our location is unbeatable! You'll be just a short walk away from all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions the city has to offer. Our home is an easy walk to many of local favorites: Press Coffee + Crepes, Forgotten Road Ales, Fitzgerald and Faulkner cocktail bar, Little Brother Brewing, Whit’s Frozen Custard, Powercade Arcade and Bar, Graham Soda Shop, Luigi’s, Smokehouse at Steve’s, and The Graham Cinema, among others. The Graham Mill, a local wedding and event venue, is also just a short walk away! A central location just off the interstate, the house is minutes from Elon University (7 miles), downtown Burlington, Saxapahaw River Mill Village, LabCorp and the Tanger Outlets in Mebane. It is also about 30 minutes from Greensboro, Durham and Chapel Hill, under an hour to Raleigh, 20 minutes to Hillsborough. Enjoy hiking on the Haw River Trail or taking a kayak tour of the nearby Haw River. If traveling with kids, the Alamance Children’s Museum is a few blocks away and the Burlington City Park is a great spot with a playground, carousel, train rides, and a splash park for summer. Also very close to 4 different medical centers. Please note that the driveway is shared with neighbor, so you can only part on the left part of the driveway in the back, which can hold up to 4 cars. But this time we decided to get a house so everyone could have their own space. This spot in Graham was the perfect stopping point for us. Clean and well furnished, quiet neighborhood. Room for two mid size cars only in driveway which may not be a problem until you pull onto street and every house including the Colors Galore had two on street as well. Unloading the cars was a little problematic due to the limbs from the trees and shrubs hanging over the driveway. Wouldn’t be an issue but was raining and very wet. Only complaint was I wish there were more hangers in the closet. Since space is tight in the bedrooms and there are no drawers, you need to hang all your clothes up and we ran out of hangers. Broken patio furniture, steep slick halway stairs. no tvs in bedrooms, so no where to relax and watch tv bc couch was broken. Super small spare bathroom shower, nasty air vents in bathroom. It was discovered the next day, on Thanksgiving, that the ceiling below was separating from water damage and the furniture was soaking. They left the house after notifying the host and stayed with me -11 adults, 3 infants and five dogs. No attempt made to find another place to stay by the company. Clearly was an issue for some time based on the damage. Owner plugged air freshners in all over to cover up the mildew smell. Probably mold in the ceiling. They shouldnt have rented it. They refused to give me a full refund and made me pay a full night plus full cleaning fee after staying 1 of our 4 nights.we got there at 2 am, noticed the leaking water in the morning and had to fight with them all day for a credit. They wouldn't cancel the booking, i had to spend my day going back and forth with them and VRBO.The house was otherwise as advertised, but i would never rent a property they manage or own ever again. ##### Craig S.
