Apr 16, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, location Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Very nice place and location but issues with manager and wifi The location is beautiful and the house comes stocked with almost everything you could need. However, there is no wifi even though it was on the listing. When we raised this issue with the manager, she simply claimed that there was wifi despite us saying that there was no box in the house and no network available. If you need wifi don't come here. This dishonesty coupled with a general rudeness of the manager were the only issues with an otherwise great stay. ##### Etienne d. Wel enigszins gedateerd en sommige dingen kunnen wat onderhoud gebruiken. Leuk en speels zijn de kamers verspreid over de verdiepingen van de woning. Heerlijke vakantie gehad en onze twee kinderen konden verstoppertje doen in het huis. Groot balkon en ook een tuintje (die helaas niet echt wordt onderhouden). Lekker gewandeld in de omgeving. Wifi alleen betaald. Prima uitvalsbasis om het Mattertal te ontdekken en om stukken van de Höhenweg te lopen naar Saas Fee en Zermatt. Minpunt is dat er geen fatsoenlijk bagagekarretje is voor de toch wel aanzienlijke afstand tot de parkeerplaatsen. Man spaziert durch das gemütliche autofreie Grächen. Das letzte Stück Weg zum Chalet ist nicht optimal, ziemlich schmal und vereist im Winter.
