"Reception staff were pleasant, though noticeably lacking in basic local knowledge, such as the location of nearby bus stops. The room allocated did not match the full sea view room that had been paid for, and although £50 was deducted from the bill, this did not adequately compensate for the downgrade. ..."

"The only downfall was the number of stairs, you had to go up to get to the apartment. Everything else was fine."
