Nice clean property in a good location, quick walk away from the marina. Walter the host was very responsive to my emails and allowed me to check in earlier which was appreciated due to our early flight. Would stay here again! Thanks.

I booked a two bedroom suite at a 5 star hotel. What could go wrong? Well, we nicknamed out room 'the dungeon'. Most rooms had balconies. We were on the bottom floor of the hotel at the very front. We not only didn't have a balcony, we barely had windows. It was a very dark room. We overlooked industrial equipment at the back of a marina. We had two refrigerators, one of which worked. There is no door on the master bath. There was a clear glass door with a few frosted pieces across the toilet area. Stepping out of the shower, you were fully exposed. We requested Cava when we arrived. It showed up three hours later. We went to the desk and asked for ice. That arrived an hour and a half later as we were leaving. The first two times we tried to charge to our room, they showed us that it said the room was unoccupied. The pool is the basically an 8' X 12' above ground pool. We never got a deck chair. The space is small and there are maybe 18 chairs. Nacho the bartender was the saving grace of the area. The breakfast was very nice. The food was fresh. Think twice before going here. There are a lot of great properties there.
