  • This cozy little bunkie is located across the road from the shores of the North Channel. Features two single beds and a bathroom with stand up shower. All linens are included.No pets
    Keurig and kettle included along with coffee and tea for your morning needs.
    The bunkie is located less than a 5 minute walk from the Gore Bay Harbour where there is Split Rail Brewery, Buoys Eatery and shopping.

The host provides a cute well stocked cozy little cottage, it was a lovely time. The water is so peaceful and relaxing. Would easily recommend to friends and family.

The cabin is in a great location, quiet & close to Gore Bay Harbour. We saw deer every day on the property. The cabin is generously provisioned. One should be aware that the toilet & shower are not in a separate room, only separated by a curtain.

The place was very clean. It had somewhat of a view. Well stopped with a special touch of treats. I don’t know what else to say. It was a very good place to stay.

Island getaway

Great spot with beautiful water views. Was a great place to rest our heads after full days of exploring. For wifi, if network doesn’t come up, turn your wifi off/on and it should appear.

Great little spot!!

Perfectly clean, tiny little bunkie. Stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. A short walk or bike ride to many restaurants! Fantastic location to drive to many hikes on the island. Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful spot

We throughly enjoyed our stay here at the bunkie on Gore Bay. Quiet and peaceful location within walking distance of the harbor and eateries. We enjoyed coffee each morning and wine each evening with the visiting resident deer. Leeanne provided us with great suggestions for hiking and was very easy to work with.

Small but sweet

What a nice place to stay. Great location and well equipped bunkie. If only it hadn’t rained almost the whole time we were there! Thankfully the tv worked fine so we caught up on old movies.

Relaxing getaway

What a wonderful friendly island. So much to explore. Our bunkie was so comfortable and a great location in Gore Bay. Our host had a great welcome package for us. Clean and nicely decorated walking distance to town and restaurant. Will be back with my husband next time.

Fish trip

Was a great place to stay as we were just there to go fishing only down side was wish there was a fire pit location next to the water and a fire pit would have been great as there is nothing to do at night and the only other small thing was the wifi password wasnt right neither of use could even find the wifi on our devices

We have never stayed in a bunkie before and probably won’t again. Did not realize the bathroom was just a corner of the room with no door - right next to the “kitchen” sink. The beds look pretty but not particularly comfortable. Left early as couldn’t get a good night’s rest.

The bunkie was very cosy and clean, however the picture on line doesn't show the actual bunkie as it's located behind the picture listed on line. The only thing I would suggest is having a door/wall for the bathroom with its own sink as using the kitchen sink to wash your hands where food is prepared is not very sanitary.Other than the washroom concern, the amenities were plenty and the view was breathtaking.

Vey basic Tiny cottage with Terrible WIFI or nonexistent, which is a MUST because the tiny cottage is located in a dead zone for phones. We had to leave the place (because we need WIFI to work) and still dealing with VRBO for a fair refund of 1 night. FIRST and LAST time that i booked something thought VRBO.
