  • The elegant residential complex “Villaggio Perlacea” is a new construction, completed in 2010 and only 150 meters from the beautiful “Quinta Spiaggia” beach in Golfo Aranci.
    The location is strategic and is just a few steps from the sea in front of the «Quinta Spiaggia» and 50 meters from the supermarket and bar. Therefore it is possible to spend a holiday in complete relaxation without having to use the car.
