O ar condicionado não recebe manutenção faz tempo. Mesmo com ele ligado na temperatura mais baixa se sente calor. Decididamente não refrigera o quarto.

Ficar muito tempo não é aconselhável,pois não tem limpeza diária. A tv não pega nenhum canal. O chuveiro tava com agua fria na maioria dos dias.

A localização do Flat é perfeita, proximo de tudo, bares, restaurantes, supermercados, transporte, tudo podendo ser a pé. Poderia ser perfeita a estadia não fossem falhas inaceitáveis quanto ao check-in. A operadora que administra os imoveis, Stay, não localizava minha reserva já paga, segundo eles falha da Hoteis.com/Expedia. Mas, a administradora Jackeline foi muito atenciosa e deu o melhor suporte. O chato foi ter de trocar de quarto após duas noites para outro por mais duas noites, por falta de disponibilidades. Fui alojado em um quarto simples, pequeno, porém satisfatório, mas depois me relocaram para uma suite, esta sim ampla, bem equipada, inclusive com uma jacuzzi, varanda, e vista para a praça do Sol . Muito bom. No entanto, acidentei-me com a porta de box do chuveiro que ao abrir do nada se espatifou, até me ferindo, porém, levemente, graças a Deus. Acionei administradora Jackeline, esta imediatamente me atendeu em todas necessidades, assumindo todo prejuizo, limpeza do imóvel, e até oferecendo primeiros socorros caso fosse neessario. Precisei apenas de curativos simples, fornecidos por esta. Se cogitou até reembolso, mas, não achei necessario, visto se tratar de um acidente sem culpados, e sem maiores danos pessoais. Resumo, fora esses incidentes, a STAY é confiavel, bem administrada, seus imoveis limpos e agradáveis, o local foi excelente. Destaco a atenção, prestatividade e profissionalismo da gerente Jackekine, que resolveu tudo rapidamente. Recomendo.

Péssima, não existia informações sobre minha estadia na recepção, o banheiro estava sujo. Já havia me hospedado nesse local muitas outras vezes a 3 anos atrás, era muito bom, mas essa vez foi péssimo.

Decepcionante. O quarto é bom, com cama boa. Mas o chuveiro é ruim, difícil de regular, fiquei um dia inteiro sem água e não há como se comunicar com a recepção. Não tem restaurante, nem serviço de quarto, a “cozinha” só tem geladeira, nem fogão nem microondas. Pelo menos recebe iFood, que vc tem que ir a revelação pegar, mas acompanhando pelo aplicativo, já que não há Comunicacao com a recepção. Enfim, não vale o preco

Se não for uma estadia rapida nao vale a pena

Quarto as instalações dos quartos tudo certo. Porem a academia que nas fotos estavam em perfeitas condições, nao estava funcionando nada tudo quebrado, area da piscinas nao pode ficar sentado na sacada pq a sindica não autoriza alem de funcionarios da recuperação mal educados.
