This inviting 4-star apartment in the Dune House offers about 74 m² of space to relax, ideal for up to 4 guests. Stylish, modern, and welcoming, it provides a comfortable home for your best time of the year.



A special highlight: two balconies. Enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the morning sun on the east balcony with a wonderful view over the green hills to the Baltic Sea, or unwind with an evening drink on the southwest balcony. The apartment features spacious living areas with a cozy sofa corner, cable TV, DVD player, and stereo, two separate bedrooms with double beds, and a small storage room.



The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need for a delightful holiday. There is a comfortable shower room and a separate WC for extra convenience. As a special extra, you can use the adventure pool in Sellin daily for up to 3 hours free of charge. Please note: There is no pool in the house itself! Secure bike storage and a barbecue area exclusively for guests complete the offer.
