I didn't like not having a key and it was a nuisance having to keep a note of codes and having to type them in every time you entered. Also, I didn't like receiving the codes at the last minute. « On entrance to the hotel it was beautiful, welcoming airy feel with a nice bar/restaurant. However check in was a nightmare and we had to wait 10 minutes, once you leave the main atrium and walk through to go to your room the hotel is outdated, poorly maintained and the lift scared the life out of you.
We stayed on one of the hottest days of the year, and the housekeeping had window shut & no fan. It was a wall of heat. We didnt sleep for even an hour the whole night.
