You'll have access to the entire home during your stay. We just ask that you're mindful of noise after 8pm not to disturb our neighbours and treat our property with care as you would your own.

We will have the key to Dunescape ready for you on your arrival. We will make contact with you within the first 24 hours to make sure you're ok and comfortable at Dunescape Beach House.

Dunescape Beach House is located on a quiet street ,with a view to the north and is opposite a national park.

Prevelly Beach , a few minutes walk away , is one of the South Wests most beautiful and untouched beaches with miles of perfect white sand and clean clear water with safe swimming areas and world class surf breaks.

One of the best things about this area is the wonderful south western breezes which pass through the home to provide natural ventilation . We have a log fireplace in winter which is prepared for your arrival and lots of windows for the breeze to pass through in summer (no air -conditioning) perfect for the mild weather.

To make the most of your stay here you will need a car. If you're flying to Perth and driving south pre-book your car rental for pick up at Perth Airport or CBD.

PET POLICY:
We have a pets policy in place, so if you are thinking of bringing your pet you will need to discuss this with the property manager when making your enquiry.
Due to subdivision regulations cats are not permitted in the area, as there are a number of native birds and animals in the surrounding forest and bush.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Keys for Dunescape will be organised once your booking has been confirmed.
