The property was very clean and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Fantastic location near a cute park, short walk to a beach, short bike ride to Sleeping Bear Heritage recreation trail, and short drive to the Dune Climb and all other areas of interest in Sleeping Bear Dunes. My family enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor games. Laundry machines were very handy! An extra special touch were the beach chairs and towels. A few extra steps to get to the water. Location was absolutely perfect - parked the car and traveled by foot or bike the rest of our stay. Easy access to the Heritage Bike Trail. House is VERY CLEAN and TIDY. Beds are super comfy. Kitchen has lots of dishes, silverware, pots, pans. Fire pit was a nice hangout spot. Overall a great place for a group to stay for a long weekend. This house is decorated so nicely with many Michigan touches which we loved. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. In our downtime, we loved cozying up on the big sectional to watch movies on the smart tv which you can log into if you have subscriptions to Netflix, Disney +, etc. we loved that the master bathroom had the separate large sink area so that could be used when someone was in the actual bathroom. The washer and dryer are in a closet in the extra bedroom. This house is really close to the main part of Glen Arbor, we could have walked into town if we had wanted too. We love this cute little town and the proximity to the Sleeping Bear Dunes. One note, this property does have well water and the water has a distinctive smell. ##### Nicole G.
