"Good breakfast, everyone was nice. Clean well maintained and loved the water bottle filling station."

"Good and very clean"

"Stayed for parent weekend. Property is right across the street from stadium so very convenient. Plenty of parking and check in was easy. Our room had a living room with kitchen which was helpful. Beds were very comfortable."

"It was not the hotel you showed pictures of - you listed it as having a pool and breakfast. Neither are true. Worst was that this hotel is under almost total reconstruction. The windows are just heavy construction plastic. we had to walk through a cloud of construction dust but it was too late to find another hotel. I am trying to get you to refund one night. Because we left the next morning. We agreed to no refunds BASED ON you booking us into the hotel we were shown."

"They had cockroaches and bed bugs in my room. Don't do it."

"Rooms were clean and property was very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful"

"It was overall horrible if I didn’t have to stay there I wouldn’t unfortunately where life is right now I have a limited options. I would not recommend this property to anyone."

"The building is old but needs a lot of love with keeping it maintained. It could be such a beautiful B&B if more was put into it."

"The room is clean and well maintained and quite large, excellent location, quiet, breakfast was decent."

"Dinner was excellent (salmon)."

"The staff was very helpful and pleasant."

"We had a very pleasant stay during UD’s Parents Weekend 2026. Room clean, staff friendly, laundry room available. Definitely will stay again."
