The comfort of the modern is perfectly combined with the charm of the old pieces. Comprehensive rehabilitation of the entire farm in 2018\. Located on Dr. Street Miquel Oliva i Prat, beautiful location within the old town and very close to the Girona Cathedral. Large apartment of 70 m2 with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a double room with bathroom. Parquet, heating and air conditioning. It is a very cozy apartment because of the warmth of the materials used. The furniture highlights the value of the original stone walls and the elements of the historical past of the estate. Services offered The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, sheets, blankets, towels, television, washing machine, pack of information, etc. Departure before 12h. Entry after 3pm. Check-in after 20:00, surcharge of € 20. Check-in after 23:00, surcharge of € 30. We are at your disposal for any questions or needs. Location Located in the old town, surrounded by history with all the archaeological points of interest around it. As a starting point to explore medieval Girona, there is no better place possible! City Outside the old part of the city, 10 minutes walk, we have the shopping center. The city offers a great cultural offer and culinary tradition, championed by the restaurant currently considered the best in the world according to the prestigious classification of the magazine Restaurant. Moments of special interest in the city are the Holy Week processions, the Time of Flowers (May) and the San Narciso fairs (October / November). A little challenging to get to, but we had no problems. It would have been nice to have coffee in the room. The bed tends to sag in the middle. Overall, we really liked our stay there. Séjour de 8 nuits en août 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Ivano B. 27 mars 2019 #### Nel cuore della bellissima Girona L'appartamento è assolutamente conforme alle foto del sito,anche se ,in realtà,gli spazi e l'atmosfera sono decisamente migliori.E' situato letteralmente a due passi dalla cattedrale e ,pur essendo nel pieno centro storico,si trova in una piazzetta defilata e tranquilla che aggiunge fascino all'esperienza. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano negozi e locali per ogni gusto ed esigenza ,inoltre l'appartamento è corredato di tutto quello che serve per rendere il soggiorno davvero molto gradevole.
