Rajan gave us great, friendly room service with a big smile. Nadia at the Thai restaurant was so friendly and helpful when we arrived without a reservation and the restaurant was full. She found a way for us to get a table and have a great evening with friends. Liane at reception was super nice and funny when she met us in the lobby, signed us in, and gave us orientation. Unfortunately we felt like the dinner buffet at Ocean was quite disappointing. The beef Wellington was so tough it was inedible. The baked fish was over-cooked. Service there was good and friendly. Live music at numerous spots around the resort in the early evening was a very wonderful touch.

Very beautiful, spacious and serene cottages. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. I loved the variety of restaurants at this resort. I also loved the snorkelling.
