Loved the hotel, great location but extremely quiet and tranquil. Housekeeping team were fantastic, in and out like ninjas, leaving the room spotless and smelling great. We both slept really well and enjoyed the great shower and amenities.

They really need to look at their cleaning training and general customer expectations. Our closest was filthy, one towel each for a week, half a toilet roll, stains on sheets.
However, staff were receptive to our complaints. Breakfast was excellent, pool was great, location was great too.

Had to give this a 1* due to the noise from the night club below the hotel. The music started at 5pm & ended at 6am. Apparently the club opens Thursday, Friday, Saturday. We stayed Saturday night & had a sleepless night. The 2 nights afterwards were fine however. We complained to the hotel requesting a refund for 1 night, filled out the necessary paperwork but after 2 weeks we still haven't heard back from the Hotel. Very Disapointing
