Pinkos is located on the upper ground floor of a small apartment block directly opposite the Gerroa Post Office and General Store, and only a two minute walk down to Blue Swimmer Cafe at Seahaven or Seven Mile Beach. The apartment is located at one end of the complex. Why choose Pinko's? Pinkos is in the perfect location, within easy walking distance to the beach. The apartment is neat, tidy and very spacious - it feels more like a house than an apartment. Great views of Seven Mile beach from the living/dining area and front deck. How is the property laid out? Pinkos is a large two level apartment with two bedrooms, one located downstairs with queen bed and built in wardrobe and one upstairs with two king single beds and built in wardrobe. There is also an upstairs living area with double sofa bed that can be used as a third bedroom. There is one bathroom downstairs with shower, vanity and toilet. The kitchen, dining and living are spacious and open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with hot plate, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee pod machine, and ironing facilities. The living area has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and sliding doors that open to the balcony. There is a shared laundry with washing machine around the back of the apartment complex. Wifi, internet, Netflix or pay tv- will I have it? This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan. What about outdoors? Pinkos has a spacious balcony at the front of the property with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. There is also a shared grass area at the front of the property. Keeping warm or keeping cool? The living/dining area can be opened up to take in the ocean breeze. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? All bed linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! Parking for cars, boats etc? There is off street, open air parking for one car on the driveway in the marked spot. Other cars can park on the street at the front of the property. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Dec 9, 2021 Liked: Communication Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy #### Great Spot in Gerroa but not going back to this property Great spot and property but the owner / cleaner took deposit money from us claiming a long list of issues like furniture not moved back, pillows downstairs, cutlery upside down and dangerous, dirty towels, coffee spill on the floor and missing mug and plastic wine glasses. I couldn't believe what I was reading, especially the missing items which hadn't been taken or lost by my group.
