"Rooms were poorly cleaned. There was mold on the wallpaper in bathroom, got a different room, then saw a bed bug crawling across pillow. Entire hotel had bad carpet stains throughout. Pool and hot tub were small and cold. Chose hotel because of the higher rating on Expedia but there is no way it should have had that high of a rating."

"The room was clean and waiting for us, even with a late check in. I requested a mountain view and the deck was huge with two chairs and a table, perfect for coffee in the morning.
I was not impressed by the breakfast that was included. I went down with about 30 mins left of service and everything was empty and the staff was trying to refil as quickly as possible.
It was not mentioned in the description of the resort, that they had a dining option. We ended up going to a nearby place before...
