"Our room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. I was surprised at the charge for everything especially coffee. Parking and food at the restaurant were really expensive as well."

"The overall stay wasn’t a good one. The property was filthy. Carpet was dirty. The elevator had trash in it. The walls and floors to our room were dirty. I mentioned and nothing happened. The housekeepers just had the carts on the floors and sitting while they were chatting and eating the breakfast food. I would not recommend this place at all. Especially, holding the name Hyatt my expectations were ruined. "
