Check in staff can’t speak English nor able to retrieve booking confirmation. Apartment is old and spooky. My friend heard noises at 4am and I could not sleep all night coz facing the road with non stop cars accelerating heading up to Genting. Location was a plus. Room was small but clean. Office is located on second floor and took some time to find it out. Otherwise it looks like a typical apartment building with no reception office.
