### Cavour Luxury Sea View

Beautiful and refined apartment recently renovated and equipped with every comfort. Located in Genoa, just 100 meters from the Expo entrance and the Aquarium. Part of the port is also visible from the balcony.  
Very comfortable also due to the presence of a parking space in a silo which is 400 meters away from the house.   
Consisting of 2 bedrooms - living room with sofa - open kitchen complete with cooking accessories - 2 bathrooms - balcony.  
Downstairs you will find every service and shop as well as the large Expo areas, where you can visit the aquarium or take small boat cruises towards the Riviera and the Cinque Terre, visit the historic city center and much more. There are many possible activities.  
It is necessary to have a valid credit card at check-in, so that the host can request a security deposit of 400 euros.
